Where the Money Goes

Every penny that St. Thomas makes at Lobsterfest goes to support our three major outreach efforts.  Our annual medical mission to Honduras gets 50%, Habitat for Humanity gets 25%, and First Stop gets 25%.  The actual amount varies from year to year, but we usually net over $20,000.

When you buy a lobster or a barbecue sandwich from us, you can rest assured that you are helping provide the people of Delicias del Norte with the only medical care they get; you know that someone in Madison County will get their own home, and someone without a home will get a little help.  This is the real deal; we practice what we preach.  At Lobsterfest the money you spend is an investment in helping others.
